Everything you need to know about ordering and delivery
Delivery is a flat rate of Ksh 300 for all orders across Kenya.

No, for hygiene and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bags of cat litter. Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days.
Window: 7-day return period.
Condition: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on opened bags unless the product is defective.
Damages: If the bag arrived punctured or leaking, we offer a full replacement or refund upon photo proof.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
